Delivery cost and time.
To calculate your shipping cost, just add your product to the shopping cart, fill in your shipping address and preferred shipping method. The cost will vary based on the total amount of your order and the shipping method you choose.
Most orders with inventory and credit approval placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day.
The standard shipping time is:
Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Capital Territory Metropolitan Area-Overnight
QLD and TAS metropolitan area-2 days
WA and NT metropolitan area-5 days
Any area outside of these may have an extra day.

Restocking fee.
All wholesale and trade orders are subject to a minimum purchase fee of $20.
All orders over $200 are subject to a 10% purchase fee. This includes the time spent by AS Color Australia counting, checking whether the goods are marked, refolding each size and putting it back in the correct warehouse location.
Sample order.
Sample orders cannot be refunded. A sample order is regarded as any order with less than 5 items.
Any returned sample orders will be donated to charity and will not be returned to customers.
Any orders returned after 60 days will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Please note-important.
Under no circumstances will AS Color bear any screen printing costs or pay for reprinting costs.
The customer is responsible for checking the merchandise before decoration or printing. Products that are printed, washed, dyed, relabeled or decorated are not returnable. For this reason, AS Color Australia strongly recommends that you check all orders instead of sending them directly to your printer. AS Color Australia also recommends to check AS Color products or purchase samples in the showroom before placing the final order.
Please make sure to check that your invoice is correct before printing. If you ship the order directly to your printer, please make sure that the printer checks the order against the packing list, because AS Color Australia is only a manual operation and picking errors may occur. If you find a picking error before printing the order, AS Color Australia can fix it, but once the product is printed, AS Color Australia will not be able to replace the product.
