We are very confident that you will like your ENJO product. If you are not completely satisfied with the ENJO product you purchased, or any product does not match the claimed performance, or is damaged/defective, ENJO will replace the product or return your product within a period of time. Up to 30 days (one month) after the payment is purchased. If you choose the refund option, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please note that if you purchase any ENJO bundle or special offer and decide within 30 days that you are not satisfied with a particular product, the entire bundle or special offer will be credited and each item will be invoiced accordingly.

If the refund conditions are met, part of your payment will be adjusted accordingly and the appropriate amount will be adjusted. If applicable, Afterpay will refund you directly. Afterpay will process the refund immediately; it may take up to 48 hours for the bank to refund the money to your account.

Return and Exchange – ZIPPAY
Please note that if you use zipPay to purchase goods, the following conditions apply.

Warranty
All ENJO cleaning fibers have a six-month warranty on workmanship defects.
All ENJO hardware, including floor cleaners, window cleaners 20 cm and 32 cm, spray bottles and Flexi, have a 12-month warranty.
All other ENJO products, including but not limited to: T-shaped towels, bags and any other promotional items, are covered by a three-month warranty against defects in workmanship.
All products are only included when they are used for their intended purpose and maintained in accordance with the maintenance instruction card attached to your order or in the manner specified in www.enjo.com.au. Please keep your invoice, as the claim requires proof of purchase.
