Does Fnatic provide free shipping service?
If you shop in a US, UK or EU store, and the total purchase amount before taxes and fees reaches US$100 or more, you will get free shipping from Fnatic. Global Store (ROW) is not included in the free shipping offer. For any order under US$100, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination country.
Fnatic refunds, exchanges and cancellations
You can usually return the product from Fnatic within three days after the delivery date, within 30 days if the delivery date cannot be tracked, or within 40 days after shipping if the delivery date is untracked. If you want to cancel an order from Fnatic, you must send an email to Fnatic customer service as soon as possible and write the word “urgent” when submitting a new ticket in the help portal or email store @ fnatic.com.
