Does Inkbox provide free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping to North America is available for Inkbox orders over $32 (C$43).
What is Inkbox’s return policy?
You can return any unused Inkbox products within 30 days of shipping. It must be in the original packaging and in a brand new condition. They will refund the cost of the goods, but the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you want to return after the 30-day period, you can, but you can only earn points from the online store. If 90 days or more have passed since the item was originally shipped, you will not be able to return it. Some items that are not eligible for return include any hand-painted ink accessories, flash books, accessory bags, pen tip bags, transfer paper, personalized tattoos, electronic gift cards, and promotional items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, it is best to contact their customer service team to see if you are eligible to reship the item to you or obtain online store credit. Be sure to take photos of the items and packaging to share with them.
